Great product, supported by great customer service!

I installed this company's clear downdrain and magnetic stopper assembly in two sinks back in 2016. It has been a lifesaver when it comes to keeping my sinks and drains clean! Not only is the drain so free of the usual obstructions that I can run a bottle brush down to keep it clear, the stopper seals very well, and its magnet makes it easy to remove and replace! I recently noticed that the rubber seal in the lesser-used guest bathroom was deteriorating. Not only did the company answer questions immediately, they gave advice about replacement items that proved helpful! This replacement assembly can be used without the clear downdrain, and the price offers better than excellent value. MT Vessel says, "Check it out!"

Nice stopper

Nice idea, difficult to install. Hasn’t clogged yet, it’s been a few months. Doesn’t fit all sinks as well as described.

The stopper that I ordered was too short for my drain and did not work. I looked up and called the PF Waterworks 800 number. After telling them what my problem was, they advised that there are two different lengths of stoppers. They sent me the longer one at no charge. It works fine except sometimes the drain gets rotated and it will not work. I have to pull it up by hand (which can be somewhat difficult) and rotated so that the magnet is to the back of the drain. Works great except for this minor irritation. Amazon should make people aware of the two lengths and offer both lengths of stoppers.

Replace all your traditional drain stoppers

As long as you get the pin installed to the correct depth, these stoppers are awesome. No need to completely take apart your plumbing every time you need to snake out gook from the drain. Very creative design. I replaced all of the sinks in the house.

No Clog Pop-Up Drain Stopper

I bought this unit because my bathroom sink drain was continuously clogging requiring frequent drano applications. This device was easy to install and totally solved the problem. When I removed the old stopper, I found lots of hair caught on the stem protruding into the pipe. This stopper eliminates the stem. My only issue is that the magnet does not always pull the stopper up fully, so I have to pull it a little further by hand. This is no big deal to have a free flowing drain. The stop also does a better job of holding water in the sink when closed.

I was very excited to move past the slow or clogged sink every few months. After one month, the clogfree works pretty much as advertised and while it does not have the solid feel of a well built traditional drain stopper, the convenience is definitely worth it. Easy to install and no clogs. Good deal!
