Philips makes great lights. Worth the purchase.

Beautiful lights for Christmas tree

Very good quality lights, looks better and much brighter than mini lights, 5 year warranty is plus, I rather pay more for Philips than those unknown brands for safety. I use two sets of Philips C6 light and one roll of mini light for 7 foot tall Christmas tree just fine, two sets of 6C lights should be good enough if you want to save few bucks.

Defective lights - half of string did not illuminate

Defective lights. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Decorated very tall outdoor tree, then plugged in. I assumed days of defective strings were long gone as I have not had this experience with new lights in the last 10 years. I would have returned but the tree is covered with snow.
