No protective wrapping around pillows in packing box.

The pillows are nice and exactly as pictured. I would give a 5-star rating for the pillows themselves. However, they were packed inside a cardboard box with no protective wrapping. They were delivered yesterday in the pouring rain. If we hadn’t seen them soon after they were delivered, they probably would have been ruined.

Thick and comfy

Pillow Perfect products are well made. I've order several sets of cushions in the past and all have been thick and comfy. They are by no means flimsy. I've mostly used them indoors but I have two sets that have been out in the sun for 2 months now and they haven't faded.

Wrong design sent

The pillows are nice outdoor quality but they sent the wrong design. It is too inconvenient for me to return them so I am keeping them. I have 4 more pillows coming. I hope they enclose the designs I ordered.
