These bags will be used for yard cleanup after storms and, God forbid, hurricanes. They look very sturdy and should accomplish the job.

The difference between a 1.2 and 1.5mil trash liners is major

Not only did the bags not come rolled, they were very thin and not sturdy enough for NYC trash handling. The 1.5mil by same manufacturer are so much more cost effective even at the additional cost.
