Great firehouse!
My son loves his firehouse! Pictures are exactly what it looks like.

Fun but really hard to put together
I am a wizard at putting things together. Maybe it is because I am Swedish, but Ikea assembly makes complete sense to me...and not just furniture but all kinds of toys. All toys get tossed at me for quick assembly at holidays. Okay, this bad boy, is not well thought out. A million tiny parts, and there are several times of connectors. Here the directions could be a saving grace but these were not particularly well thought out. I ended up tossing them aside and concentrating on the image on the box and building to it. I got it together, but it took way longer than a toy ever should. I will not be buying these kinds of things from this manufacturer again. That aside, the kid loves it.

Fun but a pain
First time buying Playmobil, this set was a lot to build. After a little time you get the hang of it but I didn't appreciate the simplicity of the instructions. Biggest pet peeve is that is comes apart too easily for a 4 year old in my opinion. It accidentally fell off my kids play table which is maybe 12inches from the carpeted floor and it exploded into a million pieces. Cute set and I like the detail. I wouldn't buy another set this big though.

Great fun but falls apart somewhat easily
I give it four stars not because it's a bad product; rather it isn't very durable in the hands of smaller kids. The side panel walls come off somewhat easily as well as the upper part of the station and the bottom support plate. Assembly was tedious but not hard and there are a lot of small pieces that I preferred to set aside until my son is a bit older and not prone to lose them.

Love it!
This is the second Playmobil set we bought. My 4 year old loves it. So does my 1 and 6 yo. It is hard to assemble and time consuming. I believe it took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to assemble. That said, I was also wrangling my kids while putting this together so that added to the time. It did drive me nuts that Playmobil puts the pieces in the bags randomly so you are going back and forth through all of the bags. Otherwise, it is sturdy and they love playing with it!

Must have patience ????
My grandson is obsessed, he loves it! However, it IS in fact 181 pieces to assemble. The instructions are severely lacking. The list of parts is on the last page, after you’ve struggled to assemble. There is also a key/tool for the “snaps” but again you wouldn’t know that unless you go to the last page first. I hope it holds up, I would recommend super glueing if your child truly want to play with this for a long time

3 year old loves it
My son just turned 3 and is obsessed with fire fighters. His daycare is next door so he has visited and sees them daily. This set really captures his imagination. I like that i can scale it back a bit for him in regards to smaller pieces and the set is very durable with him moving it room to room. Great quality and lots of playtime.

Tons of play value!
My boys have spent hours and hours playing with this set! They had Christmas money to spend and pooled their funds to buy it. The are 7 and 5 and they have barely touched their screens since it arrived in early January. My husband and I assembled it while the boys were away and I’m glad for it. Assembly was straight forward and simple but time consuming and likely would have been quite frustrating with “little” helpers. But on our own we tackled it with no issues. I love playmobil sets. We have created a whole village and the kids spend hours playing and imagining!

Battery Size
Heads up it requires MIRCO AAA batteries and NOT regular AAA batteries. :/

Damaged box
Fire station good and grandson will love it. However, the fire station arrived in a damaged box with the address label stuck on it. It was not in a box to protect it during transit. It is a Christmas present and certainly will not look like a new gift with it’s broken damaged box.
