everone should have one！

I really like this body shaping belt, which can correct bowed waist and hide up big belly. I'm a nurse，long standing and walk ，at middle or end the shift，sometimes my lower back is killing me???? Now I wear it all day long when I'm at work. It protects the lumbar spine and keeps the tummy warm，it reduces lower back discomfort，really makes different???? I highly recommend this belt.

Supportive yet flexible

It’s not too thick and the support wires are flexible enough that you can still bend. Offers great support. It breaths really well too

Seems to run small, but somehow motivating.

Maybe my stomach area is bigger than I thought, but this corset/compression trainer runs SMALL, and while I can get it on, I’m not sure if it is comfortable to wear more than 5 or 6 hours a day, which is a typical work day. It does slim the silhouette and fits well underneath my clothing giving a sleek, smooth look, especially under dresses. The closure is the typical hook and eye. One benefit is that not only does it slim the figure, but it helps with posture (back). Hopefully, with a little more exercise and persistence, I will see additional benefits of using this garment.

Didn't fit as expected

Waist Trainer/ sports belt Maybe I didn't measure correctly but I would suggest ordering a size up! The one I received was far too small for me to wear. For this reason I'll be gifting it to someone else. As far as the product though it seems very well made. The stitching is secure and even. The clips are comparable to similar products I own. The material is medium thickness with holes for breathability. Too small and too tight

Got this for my wife and below are her comments: Got this thinking it would help me get into shape after my delivery. But unfortunately it was too small and too tight that i couldn't wear for longer than half an hour. I was able to close it all up (hardly). My husband helped and it was a struggle It does tighten everything up, but it does it to the point that it hurts I would recommend that you size up to be able to tolerate it and see results. It does seem that it can do the job if it fit!

XL "Waist Trainer"

I am 5'9" 185lbs US Women's size 10 fits me comfortably (no muffin top). I have waist trainer in the XL. The struggle is real to put this on. Its like a standard corset with a bit of give. Eye hook (like your bra but in the front) catches. The back support is nice and it does fit but you must concentrate on your breathing. For me, working out in this is impossible, I can't comfortably squat/sprint while wearing this. For around the house or just basic moments its fine. Gives decent support but not a ton of back support. As far as training my waist thats diet.

Darn. Should’ve gone off the size chart. I went off reviews instead and counted on receiving an extender if I was a little off. I vary between Large and XL with these types of products, I was worried and XL would be too large based on reviews so I went with the Large and I can’t even get one hook clasped. If I had an extender I’d be able to get it on. I’m 5’11” and curvy. This seems like a high quality product. It’s breathable yet also seems that it will increase body temperature to help with calorie burning. The boning seems super supportive and the clasps appear to be quality and durable. There are multiple rows of clasps so you can tighten it as your weight loss journey continues. I’m going to remain positive and hope that if I lose 10-15lbs I can use this as I feel like I would really enjoy and benefit from this product. I also have a major back injury and wear a brace often. I was hoping this could replace the brace when I’m out and about as it’s so supportive yet slimming instead of bulky like a medical brace. Would definitely recommend this product, although picking the correct size seems to be problematic. I, personally, should’ve followed the chart and sized up.

Runs extremely small

I’m only giving this waist trainer 3 stars based on the quality of the materials used to create it and its timely arrival. Unfortunately those are the only positives as I cannot use it since runs extremely small.I wasn’t able to wrap this around myself let alone attempt to close the hooks.
