The Powerstep Achilles Tendon Strap features a silicone gel pad that provides targeted compression to support and stabilize the Achilles tendon. Soft materials provide added warmth and compression. The Achilles Tendon Strap helps alleviate discomfort, tenderness and pain from overuse or Achilles tendonitis. Fits the right or left foot and can be worn on right or left ankle. Size according to US shoe size. Wearing/Fitting Directions: Unfasten all closures. While seated, position strap around ankle with gel pad centered over Achilles (back of the ankle). Wrap strap around and secure. Pull additional strap underneath the arch and secure. Adjust as necessary. Be sure not to pull so tight as to restrict circulation. The Achilles tendon strap should provide a comfortable amount of compression and should not feel restrictive. May be worn during activity or rest. Use as needed for increased comfort and support.
