Sizing seems off

I ordered a 5t. My daughter is 4.5y and about a shoe size 10.5-11 toddler. The shoes in the picture are a toddler 10. These look like 5 month baby socks (or maybe size 5 shoe size?). Not sure how stretchy they are and not willing to break the tag to find out so just returning. Otherwise they are pretty and seem like nice quality.

Are these for a five minute old baby?

Bout these socks in a 5t and they are infant socks. I bought these for my daughters who are 4/6 and wear a size 8 and 13 shoe. They aren’t anywhere close to fitting my 4year old
