PRODUCT DESCRIPTION These spring-loaded tilt latches are constructed of injected molded plastic and they are white in color. The width of these latches measures 3 in., the depth is 1-1/16 in. and the mounting holes are spaced at 2 in. center to center. These tilt latches are used on single and double hung vertical sliding sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning purposes. Each package includes one right hand and one left hand latch with fasteners.
