These universal screen clips are constructed of diecast material and come in an white-colored painted finish. Each clip has an overall reach of 3/4 inches, and the height is adjustable from a flush fit, up to 7/16 inches when using the stackable rings of 2 different heights included with each set. These adjustable-height screen clips are used to secure window screens where there are uneven surfaces, and/or when the user is unsure of the correct height to use. This item includes two 1/16 inch thick rings and four 1/8 inch thick rings per clip, and each package contains 4 clips per package. Installation fasteners are included with each package.

A lot cheaper than at Home Depot

I wanted to get the metal clips instead of plastic since the plastic ones will disintegrate after a while due to exposure to sunlight but these at HD are double the price. They fit perfectly.

Used to close reptile enclosures

I use these to replace the cheap plastic ones AP Cages uses on their enclosures. I had one of the plastic ones break from just the pressure of the door. So i knew as my snakes got bigger and was able to put pressure on them all the plastic ones would give way. Yes i do have the metal locks but that that doesnt help with the corners. So i installed this as a replacementand assed a few extra for security which has worked great.
