Clips ONLY, does not include fasteners!

Contrary to the their description of "It features a 1/16 in. offset design and comes complete with fasteners", the fasteners were not included. Very disappointing that they opted to not include them so now I must go purchase separately. 2 stars, only because the clips themselves are as advertised.
