Chrome and quality construction

Very solid construction. While it's pricey, it definitely gives that quality look. Bought cheaper ones originally and I'm glad we swapped to these. 5 minute DiY with a screwdriver

Bound up, did not operate freely

I am a licensed remodeler and have installed several pocket doors. I bought this because I had a hard time finding the usual hardware. It installed fairly easily, but the unit would not latch smoothly. I actually bought a 2nd one (elsewhere) and it had the same problem. Ultimately, I returned them both and located the usual brand (Emtek), more expensive, but it was perfect.

Won’t fit 1-3/4” Door as Advertised

This product is sold as suitable for an 1-3/4 door. IT IS NOT! I checked and double checked before purchasing. and neither I nor my contractor could make it fit. Unfortunately the door has been cut for this horrible piece of awful.
