Item is not what I ordered.

The door reinforcer that I ordered was listed in the specifications with a 2 3/8" backseat. That is what I needed. The one I recieved was 2 3/4". In addition the part was described as polished brass. It is not polished. Since the item was described incorrectly, I would like a full refund including shipping.

Great for hiding part of a door

Used this to reinforce a door that I had to put two new holes in and kind of fell apart in between the holes. Works great!
