Almost impossible to insert and remove collets.

My fingers and thumbs are sore from fighting with this collet nut when installing and removing collets. It's also frustrating to thread it onto my lathe spindle, it just refuses to engage with the threads until you hit the one tiny spot where it locks in, never seen anything like that. Maybe I just got a bad one, either way, it's being returned.

Balanced!

The key to a quality cut especially using a small cutter on a CNC machine is run out. I use a lot of very tiny v bits on my CNC machine and I need accuracy. This fits the bill. Also as soon as I switched the original collet nut out to this one my spindle has zero vibration. I am very happy that I found these. Highly recommended!
