Not your mother’s tankini

I am a relatively fit 45 year old whose friends protested when I declared I wanted to forgo bikinis in favor of a tankini. “Too matronly!” they said! So glad I didn’t listen. This suit’s low neckline keeps it looking young; simultaneously the ruched sides and tankini style hide the stomach I feel is no longer toned enough to reveal to the world. There was another tankini top I purchase for less money on Amazon (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08N5TH8D6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) , but I wound up keeping both as they both did their jobs so well. Not sure I can ever go back to the standard bikini. Hanging out at the beach without having to worry about what’s hanging out is priceless. Of note…I’m usually a women’s size 8, but I ordered a ten and am glad I did. It fits perfectly. For reference, I am 5’9” and 145 pounds.

Flattering Fit

Received this two days ago and have already worn it twice. I took the suggested advice of ordering a size up from my regular size and I’m glad I did. Fits perfect. Price was a little hefty but I got the colour I wanted and I am pleased with quality and fit.
