Strong vacuum seal
This is a great vacuum canister that stores easily, is crystal clear, is easy to clean, and does exactly what is promised. It comes with a leveler that you can choose to install or not (I did since I'm using this for flour). The drawback as I see it: in order to open the lid, you have to exert a good bit of pull trying to open it against the vacuum, and the only place to grasp the lid is on the hinge itself. The hinge is all plastic so I'm thinking that one day in the future the two 'spindles' that hold it in place are going to snap off (that's actually what happened to the one I had before this- different brand but same design). The last one lasted four years so if I get that much out of this one, I'll be happy.

Love this item!
So I saw this on an ad on Insta and was curious. My friends and I discussed in length our troubles with our current containers. So we decided to buy a couple each. Me for my little baking business. One friend for her baby’s powdered milk. The other one for her cooking needs. And I have to say we’re all so happy using it. It’s completely airtight, I love the little bar to do the leveling, and the size is perfect. I had gotten used to weighing my measurements because my previous containers were too small to fit the measuring cups but now I can go back to the cups and not have to convert everything anymore. Love it! Makes life easier and also so organized!

Best flour storage
I use this all the time now that I'm feeding SD starter. I make the perfect container and the flour scraper is so convenient. I've tried others this is my favorite.

Great storage
Very useful and practical storage. Easy to open/close securely, very handy bar to scrape measuring cups on. This replaced my large OXO POP container - I hated how the buttons on those inevitably stick. Would highly recommend this container. Planning on replacing all my OXO POP containers with these eventually.

Perfect flour storage
I just got a new bread maker and buying different kinds of flours. This container is airtight with the silicone around underside of lid. Should keep the floors fresh & free of bugs.

Prepworks
First off, it is important to know that there are two versions of the ProKeeper - this one and the Starfrit version. The Prepworks versions (this one) of these ProKeepers are amazing! Feels solid, plastic is firm...overall great product - will definitely buy more from Prepworks
