Ball may not come out even when solved.

I took the picture up close to avoid spoiling for the enthusiasts. Fun puzzle, but I think the plastic hole for mine was cut too small for the ball. I'll chalk this one up to manufacturing error. Before you all go, "you didn't solve it then," I even double checked my solution. It's correct, the ball does clear both wood pieces, just not the plastic wall. I was even tempted to take it apart to be sure that's what was happening, but it's too well made for that. I guess one benefit is I'll never lose the ball. ????

Great puzzle

great puzzle! I like the back-and-forth complexity behide. The puzzle is not very hard, but surely fun to solve, and involves lots of steps. The quality is fantasic.

Cool design, shoddy construction

the puzzle has a really interesting design, but the wooden panels on mine are warped and bent. in addition, the plastic piece covering the puzzle wasn't screwed down all the way making the whole thing sit lopsided. The result is that pulling and pushing on some of the sides is really nice and smooth, and on others it's tough and forced.

Fun puzzle, takes least a few hours.

Got this as an xmas gift, I enjoyed doing it. Worked on it for 20-40m at a time every time I sat down, finished it on Christmas day.. maybe spent... 2-3 hours total? The idea behind puzzle is clever. The difficulty is the sequene of steps you need to do is always a bit longer than you can easily remember. So quite often I found myself having to stop rethink exactly what I was trying to accomplish. But yeah, fun to do and get feeling of accomplishment at the end.
