Good duty option that'll fit your phone.
These pants are awesome, they fit true to size and I haven't had the build quality problems others have mentioned. I find the build quality to be on par with my 5.11 duty pants. The hidden thigh pockets are large enough to hold my Galaxy S1 Ultra which is a 6.8 screen. The front utility pockets are deep and well placed along with the rear zip pockets which have also held my phone. There are two insignificant downsides for petty people. The first is that they pick up dog hair and dust pretty easy and being that mine are dark navy it shows up immediately. Secondly, for some odd reason a designer figured it was a great idea to put a 2.5" zipper pull on the fly of the pants that makes everyone give you the secret signal that your zippers undone when it's actually not. ( I have to explain that at least 6 times a day.) Other than that the pants feel great for duty and I'd even rock a pair in a diferent color for hiking, the range or butchering a wood project. Oh!! Some people complained that the weight of the fabric made the pants hot. I'm in Florida and I'm not seeing it, maybe those people were in Hades because I'm dealing with pro grade heat and humidity and the pants are good. I'm 5'9 205lbs athletic build and the 32w32l size is perfect with tactical 7" boots. The waist sits at a perfect height for my carrier vest also.

High quality with a few preference based issues that would keep me from buying more
Lots of pockets, and subtly placed, but I find that the zippers are a bit akward to operate, I often would need to lift my leg up to get to the lower pockets. Maybe my arms are too short? They seem like normal length arms to me. I'd prefer more obvious pockets that are easier to get things out of to me. Materials and construction of the pants are good, but I am not a fan of the 3 fastener fly (zipper, internal button, top snap) but that might be a plus for some.

Comfortable & casual
Definitely enough pockets! Great placement of same. Quality material and durable. Fits true to size and sufficient belt loops to properly support belt(s).9

Not fully functional
The pant material is okay, the lower side zip pockets are placed in a way that allows for “printing” when you walk or sit. So what ever is in your pocket anyone would be able see the outline of it. It is exceptionally uncomfortable when you sit. The waist snap is horrible. It comes undone when I take a deep breath and I am 5’ 7”; 160lb, so my weight isn’t the issue. The snap sucks. I will not buy another pair of these pants. I will try the Vertx Delta Stretch 2.1.

Trousers for everyday use
Comfortable. Not just tactical trousers, I use this as my daily office casual wear. SIzing a little large but not as baggy as the 5.11's. Wish odd sizes are available.

So good I ordered more
These pants are great. They are tactical pants without the look of tactical pants. They keep a great crease when pressed and look sharp. I loved them so much I bought a pair for every day of the work week.

Not as great as what I thought
I usually buy propper products over some of their competition because of the price point and qualify. I'll be honest....I'm someone who absolutely loves stretchiness in new uniforms as well as tactical pants and regular chinos. I am tired of the same old 5.11 style pant. As far as durability....the things will probably last for years and years but they are absolutely not stretchy at all....not in the legs....not in the waist...anywhere. So after wearing them twice I'll probably give them away or sell them to a coworker. I instead went with vertx grip pants....and they are amazing. They are more expensive, but overall everything I was looking for and not so noisy when I walk. The material on the propper pants won't let you practice noise discipline for sure....no point in that. Durability is awesome....comfort and fit a no go for me.

Zero Stretch
These pants have zero stretch. The so called stretch panels for the gusseted crotch and the hips do not stretch at all. I'm afraid to even squat down in them fearing that the crotch will just blow out. Being sent back.

Narrow cut with little stretch
The fit is very tight around the knees and calf, especially considering the oversized waist size that I bought. The stretch panels don't actually stretch, as far as I can tell. The Kinetic and stretch tactical pants are a better cut with actual stretch.
