DOES NOT HAVE COPPER WIRE

I ordered this product about 6 months ago and received great lights with copper wire. I ordered another set to match and it does not! Also, the flashing modes are not the same. They are right next to each other so the difference is very obvious. There was NO customer support info in the package to follow up.
