Great power strip in rack form
A Great power strip in rack form that allows up to 9 devices, there is one drawback of having the plug ins just a tad close to each other, so that if you have a transformer plug it may be wide than the width allotted

Perfect for the electonics bench
The ability to turn off expensive equipment during storms is very nice. Think oscilloscopes, power supplies, waveform generators, etc. Some of the cheaper overseas equipment like soldering irons and the like take a decent amount of power even when turned off at their switch. Turning the outlet off saves on the electricity bill too. None of these devices i have attached draw huge amounts of current so i cant really talk to the power characteristics, but for a "management console" of sorts, it works perfectly for my needs.

Appears to be a quality product with 9 outlets
Love the independent outlets that can be selectively powered on/off for specific devices within my home theater system. Wish the cord could be at least 9ft or 12ft as these should have longer cords for network racks if your going to the wall outlet.

Solid PDU
I needed several of these for a clustering project, and they have worked out well. The only concern would be how close the sockets are, things with side plugging adapters can take up space quickly. I recommend a batch of 6" extension cords for such implementations, to keep the PDU from crowding or sockets being unused.

Video Gaming Console Solution
The item came in a well packaging box and was easy to place into operation for my needs. Purchase the item for use in my gaming room to isolate power to each of my video gaming consoles when played. Great value for the cost of the item. Would recommend product to others.

Built solid and properly
A bit more expensive than typical surge protectors/power bars, but I like this unit for a few reasons. One, it's a rackmount, although I have it sitting on my desk. Two, it's heavy built and solid. Three, I like having a switch for each item and there's nine of them; difficult finding individual switches on a power bar. Four, there's enough space between outlets for those big blocky adapters.

This is good value for the money!
After reading a number of negative reviews complaining about holes being misaligned or how taking the feet off is hard, I was a bit skeptical of this product. However, what I found was that none of those problems exist. If you have a PROPER rack (not the smaller ones for audio equipment/etc), this fits PERFECT. As for taking the feet off, there is a screw in each one which once removed, you just push the foot horizontal to the device and it comes right off really easily. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a cheap way to have individual control over their powered devices in a rack.

Ideal for the right situation. Wrong choice of product for me.
Rewriting a review: It's a proficient unit. Easy to access frontal lobe on and off ports are a luxury, one that interferes with my workflow personally. I've accidently shut things down in its current position with my chairs arm. Didn't consider that - so -1 This design is a no for me. +1 Fair price point. +1 I like that it does what it's supposed to do. +1 Runs cool, so cool. -1 Screwed down so tight the cases top has deep contours around the screws. +1 Probably helps airflow though. +1 USA. -1 Some units seem to be faulty so the purchase is a hit or miss.

Power cord swaps Hot and Nuetral
Caution My unit came with a non-North American color-coded power cord. Brown, Blue, Yellow/Green Brown is supposed to be Hot. And Blue is neutral. It is indeed wired that way inside the box. However, the wires are reversed when connected to the molded plug. I swapped the connections inside the unit. But cutting off the plug and replacing it would be easier and quicker. Anybody with one of these units should check Immediately. Also one of the lighted switches is defective. It turns the light on and off but not the outlet.

Good for guitar amp
I bought this power conditioner to eliminate the radio frequency in my guitar electric amp. It eliminated 95% of RFI. When I hold up my guitar when I'm standing, I can barely hear radio station when the volume is in max position. But this problem can be related to the amp, guitar or the unshielded cable. I didn't test this power conditioner for pedal effect, but I think it can eliminate the buzz noise on pedal when you use a cheap pedal adapter; it's better than $ 200 isolated adapters. The overall is good. I don't hear any annoying noise when I wear headphone.
