Winfield woodlake is a stylish large capacity wall mount locking mailbox that comes with a lock and set of keys. Mailbox is made of galvanized steel and features a tough black powder coated finish with a stainless steel letter flap and door. Mounting hardware not included. If mounting to a masonry wall, use masonry mounting screws with masonry anchors (at least 1-1/2 inch long).

Incoming mail slot opening is 11.375 inch long and 1.375” wide and will fit most envelopes and magazines but keep unwanted hand out. Heavy duty lock with 2 keys adds security. Large mailbox size: 11.5 inch w x 14.5 inch H x 5.5 inch D will hold several days of mail. Scratch resistant black powder coated steel body and a stainless steel letter flap and door.

Not "standard" size for our delivery person

I love this product, but the mail gets stuck in the opening flap all the time and our delivery person is too lazy to make sure it's pushed in all the way, so thieves still manage to steal letters. Also he says that this isn't "standard" size or shape, and that they're supposed to have top openings, not front-facing openings, and claims I need a different one. I didn't realize these issues would be such a hassle, so missed the return window.

Use different anchors if you have them.

The included anchors did not hold well in concrete, needed to use better ones. Otherwise a solid mailbox.

Poor security for a box considered to be a secure mailbox

The build is good but the security is poor. It is not a positive locking latch and therefore you can put your hand in the top and turn the latch and unlock it.
