DOES NOT HAVE THE SAME THICKNESS NOR SOFTNESS OF CABO NOR OTHER PAST SHORTS

the stitching is the same high quality, but the fabric, although lighter weight, which will be cooler, feels very, very cheap. they are 100% cotton. if they wanted to sell a light weight cotton which is lighter and cooler, it could be made from a higher thread count and/or softness, which it is NOT. for $70, this is absolutely unacceptable! i washed them thinking it may help soften them, but i was wrong and since they are washed i can't return them, so be forewarned. i have bought these exact type of elastic waist shorts for over 15 years and own about 15 pairs in various colors.
