Nice sweatshirt but how it was shipped

So it seems to be a nice sweatshirt but why ship it in the cheapest thinnest clear bag possible. Grocery store bag is thicker. There is a spot from a hole in the bag seeing if it washes out before requesting return

NOT a medium

I ordered a blue one in medium and it fit perfectly. I liked it so much I ordered a black one. The black one has the same labels but is more like an XL. The quality is also much lower. The logo is already peeling off and it hasn't been washed or worn yet. Very disappointing given the price!
