For real, the best baking sheet ever!
If you only have 1 baking sheet, this is it. True, it is not that big but I do everything on this! It is great for a few reasons. One, it is non stick and super easy to clean. Two, the elevated tray allows for all of the fat and grease from meats to move down and away from your main item being cooked. This means no soggy bottom of your roasted chicken, no bacon dripping in grease and no vegetables soaking in oil. It is great for roasting and keeping things drier than soggy. I use just the sheet sometimes too without the elevated portion. It is the best, already bought it as a gift for friends and family I love it so much!

Excellent pan
I’ve used for baking in the middle of oven other than just bacon. Do not use to broil steak! I ruined my pan and bought another. My 30 year old sons ruined my 1st pan by using to cook other frozen foods like buffalo wings. The coating on those foods ruined my pan. I’ve learned my lesson…no costed foods and no broiling steaks.

Ordered small 10x15 but got large 11x17 instead
Was expecting a small 10x15 crisper pan. Instead I got this large 11x17 instead. Not that i’m complaining. It’s a great pan Anything we make has a crispy outside and a tender inside. Plus easy to clean. But for one person only needing to bake one or two items it’s too big so 10x15 would be ideal. But if you’re baking for more than two or want to bake a one pan meal, than the 11x17 is the option to go. I wish you had options in size. You can do a lot in this pan. One pan meals and reheating left over fast food like KFC. KFC reheated in this pan is amazing (especially if extra crispy). Takes out the fat without compromising flavor or drying out meat. As for one pan meals: we love it because we can bake up to two protein and two sides and still have room. The first time I used us we did a 1 pound meal. I had chicken nuggets, Mom had fish sticks and we each split a side of french fries. My mom could’ve put onion rings on it if she wanted to but wasn’t in the mood. To only need one pan instead of two or more multiples makescooking and clean up a lot faster. Even though it’s too big for us we have made a lot of use out of it and never really went back to her regular size pants. Now that the blue is the same price tag is the red I’m definitely getting a second pan.

Not All That Nonstick
Not that easy to clean. Not all that nonstick.

Perfect For Draining Oil
This is a nice pan, cleans extremely easily. The best part is being able to cook foods and the oil drains. Every other pan was wire or mesh and fussy to clean. Perfect for meatloaf which you can't cook on wire and its not sitting in the oil and nothing sticks to it. No more scraping our meatloaf out of a pan. Very pleased with this purchase. It should hold up well since it wipes off so easily. It does say not to soak it overnight. Thought it helpful if I pointed that out. Added comment to original review. This pan can be challenging to clean, not because anything sticks, but some items make a scum on it that takes some time to get it off and you must rub it, it doesn't rinse off.

Better than alternatives but could be better
Went back and forth on getting this for quite a while. Started baking bacon a while back and I am a fan, but, have been using a normal baking sheet with a rack until my wife tried to help me out by getting the bacon out of the oven for me; and ended up sloshing hot bacon grease onto her hand, burning it quite badly. The first thing I did was get her hand under cold water. The second thing I did was order this pan. The deep design of the pan makes controlling it much easier, and makes sloshing hot grease out much less likely. The broad flat design of the insert makes cleanup a snap, much easier than the wire rack I had been using. The pan is very light weight but not at all flimsy. The only two things I have against it is that it is much smaller than I would have liked - smaller than a standard half sheet baking pan, and the insert sits quite low which, if you could actually fit a full pound of bacon in at once, could lead to the grease level, depending on the bacon, exceeding the height of the insert.

A great pan execpt?
This is my second RR bake pan the first one lasted for years but didn't have the air circulating insert. It looks as though its of the same quality as the last one except for a ding in one of the corners were some envies person hit it with a hammer and left a quarter size ding? Its not really big enough or in a spot that will be of concern while in use especially with the insert try over it. although it my shorten the life span of the none stick coating but only time will tell? and to who ever put the ding in it I'll just say-UP YOURS! And I don't think its worth the Hassel of a return. PS. works great.

Rachael Ray bakeware sheet with holes
I love this baking sheet for cooking bacon !! I first bought with orange handles, then when I saw this in blue handles bought it too and gave the orange to my daughter. The bacon grease flows through the holes so less fat in the bacon. I broil my bacon in this pan, always keeping an eye for when it is cooked. Worth your money.

Overall, it serves it’s purpose.
Clean up is a breeze. However, the lip on the drip tray traps some grease that pools in the edges. When you think it is cleaned up, more grease drains out around the edges. The pictures perceive the edges of the drip tray to be a little higher, which would dissipate the grease a little better.

Easy to clean
Love the fact it is a sturdy pan without the weight. Cleans easily and doesn't warp with the heat.

Awesome pan, you won’t be disappointed.
Awesome pan, very easy to clean, made chicken parm on it this week and the baked on cheese wiped right of without any scrubbing. Am going to purchase a second one for the RV.
