Works amazing
The price was right. No issues I bought this before Christmas of 2021 it came quick and installed easy.

New Rainovo faucet with no water pressure
We purchased our new Rainovo faucet on May 1 and finally got it installed today. To our disappointment there was no water pressure. We had the supply line checked and we had full water pressure at that point but when we reconnected the new faucet, nothing but drops. All of the other sinks and showers in the house work well without a problem. We hope to get the faucet disconnected tomorrow so that we can try to get a refund. It looks like another month without water in our sink. This is becoming an expensive faucet replacement. NOTE: If we had full water pressure we would have given the faucet a 5 star. However, to our disappointment, it isn't a faucet at this point.

Line Covering Shredded
So we purchased this in Jan 2022 and installed it shortly after. By about month 6 we noticed the tube covering was shredding. Not even a year and the things shredded apart completely. Looks really bad and now the nozzle doesn't sit right. Was good while we had it, but will be upgrading to something a little more hardy.

Nice faucet with poorly designed handle
It's a good looking and functioning faucet, if they can only improve the lever design. There are two parts that are causing problem. One is the long handle to turn the water on/off hot/cold. The screw is not big enough to be fully tightened. I have to turn to tighten it every few days. It's annoying but not too hard. The real problem is the small screw inside. It requires a small size Allen wrench, which I have to buy for $2, and then I have to tighten it about every month, as you can feel the round part of the handle is slowly getting loose. I am contacting the Seller to resolve it (may be with new parts). I will post updation how good their customer service is, and if the problem is resolved.

Great water pressure!
The first one I bought was faulty (leaked), but I exchanged it for a new one and am so glad I did! The water pressure with this faucet is so much better thsn my previous faucet! There are multiple options to change the sprayer to. One option is like a power washer spray and we love it! Faucet looks beautiful as well. The only cons for this I would say are the gravity weight is not easy to install, it doesn't fit well, and I wish there was an easier way to change the spray type. Otherwise, this faucet is pretty much perfect. If you're thinking about buying this, I absolutely recommend.

Great value so far. But as with anything, time will tell. ✔️ Back in a year. For now , looks great and works great !
