Upset Ending

I got the end of this puzzle and it was missing a piece. It happens but very disappointing. The company was great to send me another puzzle. I did get a different puzzle and I've always loved Ravensburger puzzles.

We like the 500 piece sets because they are not too hard to see when putting together and pieces do not get lost so easily.

Picture on the box doesn’t match the puzzle exactly

The puzzle itself is beautiful when finished, but Ravensburger does not supply a mini poster, as other fine puzzle companies do. Having to constantly hold the box cover picture ( which by the way has all the edges cut off ) is cumbersome and inconvenient. As an avid puzzle fan, I really wish this company would supply a mini poster, and a cloth bag to keep the pieces. If they can’t supply those things, at least have the box cover picture intact and complete.

Beautiful and Fun

I ordered this because of the size and image. I had not worked jigsaw puzzles in years. I enjoyed it very much. Not too hard, but just challenging enough.

Too small for Ravensburger

Unlike other Ravensburger puzzles, half the size and therefore not easy to work with. I was so surprised since I am used to the usual amazing quality of Ravensburger puzzles. I do not recommend this particular one.

missing pieces

I would like to return this item as it was missing two middle pieces. I commented several weeks ago that I would like to return this item and get a refund. Can't help I missed the return date but puzzles take time. Please help and send me a return code so I can return it.

Vibrant colours

The pieces were smaller than I expected them to be from the website photo. However the pieces are very sturdy and the colours are beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase.

Very nice family puzzle

Really like this puzzle. I have done it few times with my children. A little bit of dust from the pieces is there, but it doesn't bother me at all

Nice puzzle

Nice puzzle to do. Good balance of easy bits and harder areas to fathom out. Fits together well, doesnt give that click that some puzzles do when putting together but you know if its a wrong fit or noy when trying. Would buy from this range again.
