Fun craft for all ages

Some of the plastic picks did not want to stay in the foam pieces.

Pins do not adhere to styrofoam ball well

My four year old granddaughter and I had so much fun making one of these and she is going to gift it to her mom. However, they are too fragile. The plastic pins are ideal for a young child to use since they won't prick fingers, but the end leaves too big a hole in the styrofoam ball and come back out easily. If the ornament is bumped or dropped, the pins and sequins come loose. I've had to replace the pins four or five times. I'm going to remove all the pins and replace them after I have dipped the ends in glue and not tell my granddaughter.

Just ok

These are small. The plastic pins certainly make it easier for a child but don’t make the pins stay in place ant better . If you ever did these when you were younger you will notice how much smaller they are these days , like most things . However my granddaughters enjoyed putting them together and we used a little glue on the ribbon pin to keep it in . Time without electronic devices is never bad !

Easy to use, sequins do not hold well

This is a fun project to do. I put these together with my 3 year old son. It took him a bit to get the hang of it, but many of the sequins (continue to) pop out of place in his ornament. On my ornament, some popped out, too. Can be better held in with glue. Other than this issue, it’s a fun kit. Great practice for my son in terms of fine motor skills, relaxing activity for adults.

Great project for kids

Had the best time with the grandchildren making these ornaments. Who can resist sparkly ornaments for the tree? Easy to make and a great activity for everyone.

Parts fall off

I did these with my 5 year old. She was able to put the sequins on herself though they don't always stay in very well and can fall off. I have been finding pieces around the house from my cats. One of them completely fell off the tree separating from the ribbon.
