Adjustment rod fits very loosely into arms and will rotate ...
Adjustment rod fits very loosely into arms and will rotate out when the engine is running due to vibration - If you are not paying attention adjustment rod will eventually work its way completely out Which can allow the axle to spin out of socket - leading up to the axle being bent at higher speeds. When I first installed these parts I used red loctite on the threads, but this didn't prevent the above from happening. After removing the axle and hitting it with a hammer a few times to straighten it out I came up with another solution to fix the issue. Rather than using loctite - 1) Find nuts with the same thread 2) Grind the arms down a bit to allow room for the nuts Now you have jam nuts to keep the adjustment rod from rotating out.
