Good adapter... the test light is a nice feature
I bought this because I thought I had an issue with a previous adapter. When I plugged it in the tester lights showed I had an issue with the wiring and not the adapter. Aside from that, the adapter does a good job of staying seated in the socket when used.

This is the adapter to get.
The 6-pole round connector being switchable is what makes this adapter so useful. If you've ever used an adapter that is wired differently than your trailer you'll know what I mean. The LED lights and the 4 way flat adapter being included is nice, but easily being able to switch the adapter to meet the wiring for the trailer is why I bought a pair of these adapters. They're always in whatever truck I'm using.

Does everything it's supposed to do. Great design and execution.
I have the use of a trailer with a 6 pin connector. I bought a hitch and 7 pin connector for my truck, assuming it would be good to have the latest version of connector on my truck. This was a good tester to verify I had installed the wiring correctly, and when I was able to plug the trailer 6 pin into this, which was plugged into the 7 pin connector, brakes and lights worked perfectly.

Works very well
Got this for temporary use when we bought a used horse trailer. Adapter worked great and we got home with no problems.Wondering if I even need to replace the trailer plug at all.

Buy this and you won't need to return an inferior product
Should have bought this one from the get go. Save myself a bunch of time. It works! And that's what matters. You can't go wrong when towing using Reese products. The fit is perfect and the LEDs make it so I look like I know what I'm doing.
