Good pack

Very sturdy. It holds heat for at least 20 minutes. It does not fill up like other packs I had. I like it that the webbing they used for handles is sturdy compare to the other brand I used before.

inconvenient

Works great. Nice warm MOIST heat. Really, perfect. BUT, what a hassle to heat the thing: you have to heat it on the stovetop in a huge pot of water or in the microwave in a giant bowl of water (our microwave isn't nearly big enough). So, I stopped using it after a couple of weeks. Again, it works great, but inconvenient.

It works but it stinks, literally

I had arthritis in my shoulder and the dr recommended moist heat. My physio was using it so decided to get one for home. It’s wet and makes everything it touches wet. The one at the drs office doesn’t do this. It also stinks to high heaven. Needless to say the cheap stinky clay was tossed out after a few uses. Don’t waste your money. If you really need wet heat get in the bath or order the real one from a medical supply company.

Ooozes yellow stuff that stains!

Oh I returned this, did not even use it. Instructions say to soak for 2 hours before 1st use and let me tell you, the yellow stuff oozing out of this is NASTY! Will stain your towels too! You are really better off just using a hot, wet towel instead. ICK! Sent back!
