Watch out for LOOSE pieces !!!

When i received my laser custom plate holders, i noticed that the last "S " in the word Sabres was missing. Upon opening the package i found the missing " S " in the bottom of the bag. I had to buy some good glue and attach the letter to the frame. As the consumer i should not have to finish assembling a product that i paid good money for.

Just LOVE it

It's always a challenge finding a Christmas gift for my guy. This was a bit more than l wanted to spend, but, it is after all, a gift. Upon opening the perfectly packed box, I was amazed at the quality. Now I know why it was $20. Definitely worth every penny. Here in Buffalo, we get our share of snow. I dare say, this plate holder will hold up better than the car. I would think all teams are made those same. You can't go wrong with this. Put this on the top of your list if you're at a loss for the perfect gift.

Poor quality

I originally purchased this item on 3/4/13 but had to return it because the chrome was scratched. I received the replacement on 3/14/2013 however one acrylic letter was loose and floating in the plastic packaging. Thought the 3rd time would be a charm so returned and waited for another replacement. It looked great for 40 days BUT on day #41, I noticed 2 letters were missing!! So now it looks like I support the Buffalo __BRES. Since I'm 11 days past the return period, guess I'll have to manually pop out the remaining letters so it can at least look decent until I get another license plate frame. Never buying anything from Rico Industries again. The product is very poor quality and doesn't last.

Poor Quality

I bought 2 of these for my car and the letters have fallen off on BOTH of them. I waited 2 months to put them on my car so now they're past the return date. I paid $20 for each of these. What a joke. I know other plates may not look as good as these on amazon... but do yourself a favor and avoid these.
