Runs a bit large.

Runs a bit large. Returning it to try a half a size smaller. Rock ports are amazing. Been buying them for decades. First time I’ve had an issue.

Very poor quality boot

I have owned dozens of Rockport shoes over the years. This is my first pair of Rockport boots. What a disappointment. The boots have clips that go over the sole that you can feel on your foot bed. Also one of the boots was missing the inner toe piece, completely unfinished , making the boot unwearable. Do not order these boots. I purchased them direct from Rockport as well.

靴は軽くていいのだが。

試着はしたので履きやすさ等はいいのだが、AMAZONで注文したら、交換も含めて２回も返品時の乱れた状態のままの商品が送られてきた。倉庫の返品係の怠慢を訴えたいのと、商品の出庫チェックも全くしていないのかという点で、買い物体験自体がぶち壊しになった。いらないなら丁寧に包み直して返送するべきだし、AmazonもAmazonで「世界一客を大切にする」というなら、それを行動で示してほしい。普段は配送については書かないのだが、一人一人が身につける商品であるので、ここは買う前に知っておいてほしいと思い、書くことにした。
