Not all parts fit together

The second set of rods for sheets did not kaleidoscope together because they were the same size. So I need a second narrow rod

Difficult to assemble

These were a bit difficult and I never did figure out how to tighten them. Little plastic inserts were confusing. The instructions are not written... just pictures. Once up they work like I expected, covered the corner perfectly.

Resale of a used item at full price.

The product arrived clearly used already. It had multiple scratches, missing screws, hardware, finials, and other items were in a gallon sized ziplock bag. Had dust on the hardware. For the price, I didn’t expect it to be used.

Missing pieces

I have been searching for a bay window rods that connect for a long time. I have 5 windows with there large and two at the end small. To fit my needs I needed to buy this corner double rod set and three bay window double rod set. On the photos from the manufacture I see a ball connectors and that is the reason why I bought these because that was exactly what I needed. Well to my surprise when the rods arrived THOSE BALL CONNECTORS were not there!! Like what the heck?! I need those. I’m so angry as I can not find them anywhere sold individually.
