Still working perfectly after 6 months

I love this little fountain! We'd originally thought it would go on the patio but quickly decided to keep it indoors instead. The waterfall sound is not loud but because the motor is extremely quiet, the peaceful, consistent sound of the water is perfect for our living room. The electric cord is very thin and easily disguised. There are 3 small LED lights that shine up from the base and when the water falls onto it, the reflection of the water is very pretty. My granddaughters love to sit and read and always want the fountain on. It's relaxing. But, if you want a louder, more forceful sound from a fountain, this one may not be for you. The distilled water works perfectly with it (in regards to staying clean). About every 2 weeks I add more water because it does tend to evaporate some. I highly recommend this fountain!!

Overall a good sturdy product, easy to assemble and clear instructions on how to setup. Works as described; But, it spills water outside the collection area due to which have to refill with water once in 2-3 days. If you don't refill water above the motor it makes a weird sound, this is the cue to refill.

Very quiet

I like the look and size of the fountain, but wish it was a little louder. You can barely hear it when there is noise, such as birds, traffic etc. I have outside in our garden, so if you plan on using it inside, it is probably loud enough.

Calming sound.

The media could not be loaded. Love this fountain. Easy to assemble. Had several others that didn’t work well. Well worth the money. Very pleased.

just what I wanted, gentle sound of water trickling and the under lights are perfect

I couldn't find a water feature anywhere during our recent heat wave. Finally found a $20 one at a discount store. It was aluminum and very cheap looking. I ended up throwing it away, it had design feature flaws in my opinion. I decided to spend more money on something that looked more solid and I could not be happier with this.

BEWARE Amazon shipping - Stuck with it if it doesn't work!!

Ordered through Amazon.co.uk - free shipping with Prime. It arrived and worked for 30 seconds and then stopped. Attempted to return it, but Amazon says I have to pay return shipping to USA. This will cost the same price as the item, so stuck with an expensive defective product.

The supplied mains connection doesn’t work in the uk. One light isn’t working.

I had to buy a new mains connection to get the waterfall, but once I did, it started to work. One light is broken but the water is very relaxing. Unfortunately it’s too quiet for what I was hoping.
