Short distance from waist to crotch.

Liked the length of the shorts on the legs but wish it was higher waisted a bit.

Runs a little small, but overall good quality and construction-EDIT-small isn't so bad

I wear a 6-8 in most shorts/pants, and so I purchased a medium thinking they would fit well. They are fine, but are a little more snug in the thigh area than expected. Also, the color is more red than the picture makes it appear. I like the velcro closure as well as the ties at the waist. They will definitely suffice for my upcoming beach trip. I just wanted something I could wear in the water over my swim suit that would dry quickly and these will do the trick. Edit - Once they got wet in the ocean, I was happy that I had the size I did. If they had been much larger, they would have sagged and likely fallen off.

Runs small

I’m 62 years old and I need a little more coverage than a regular bathing suit, and I thought these 5 inch board shorts would be perfect. I’m 5’3” and 133 pounds and pear shaped. First I ordered the large and they were super loose and the leg holes were huge and I thought they just didn’t complement my pear shape. So I returned them and got a medium. The medium is a little tighter than I like, but they look much better than the large. I guess I’m just going to have to lose 5 pounds if I want them looser. But I love them.

I love these

I just received these and tried them on. They are so comfortable. I haven’t swam in them yet so not sure about that but they are so lightweight and perfect for what I was looking for.

The inseam changes with the sizes

I ordered an XS and Small to make sure something fit the first time. I'm normally a size 2/26 in most name brand jeans. I downsize to a 25 when they have more stretch. The XS in these shorts fit me perfect. The inseam is shorter than 7 inches. I like a little longer board short but these look cute on my old booty. These XS measure waist flat 15", hips 18", inseam 6.25", front rise 8.5", back rise 12". These stretch and move nicely. They do not have a panty insert or pockets of any kind. The size small were too big for me. They measure flat: waist 16", hips 19.5", inseam 6.5", front rise 8.5", back rise 12.5". The descriptions never give enough info so I hoped I helped someone out here. Buying clothes online is a frustration so I try not to do it very often. I deducted one star because the inseam is not 7", at least not on the XS or Small. All measurements taken using a seamstress tape.

LOVE THESE!

Bought these instead of the 2" to use jet skiing. Medium fits nice. Bought in couple colors. Fits slightly tighter in back than 2" but still comfortable and dry quick. Perfect for a little more protection.

Runs very small

Runs extremely small. I’m a size 6-8 and medium was about 2 sizes too small. Cheap, thin material. Way overpriced.

Go buy a pair!!

I cannot say enough good things about these board shorts. They fit true to size, The length is perfect, they are incredibly comfortable and I wore them every single day of my 3 week vacation in Mexico. I just got back home 3 days ago and I miss sliding into these everyday. They are cool to wear in hot, humid weather, dry in a matter of hours when wet and are as fashionable as they are cool. Just go buy a pair!!

Great pair of boardies

I was slightly worried on the sizing but went with Amazon’s recommendation and glad I did as I nearly bought the next size up. These are a good length and have just enough stretch to be super comfortable, lightweight and quick drying. I’m using them for winter swimming and they’re ideal. For ref on sizing I got the XS and it’s a good fit for w25” hips 34”. They’d also work well for yoga or gym in summer.

Perfect! More colours please!

Got these today and wow! They fit beautifully and are clearly well made but so light and comfy! Perfect for the beach and warm weather. Can’t wait to take these with me when I’m vacationing in Africa next month. I wish they were available in more colours!
