This mop does a great job on laminate and tile floors. The outer loops reach into corners,and the flat profile makes under furniture dusting easier.

Amazing! No joke...This system is a must have. Personally, my days of wrestling with handles or little dots to secure a handful of pads for a single clean are over. I also not longer need to break out the vacuums for every cleaning. FYI: I am only writing this out of genuine appreciation. I also not longer need to break out the vacuums for every cleaning. FYI: I am only writing this out of genuine appreciation. You will need get the handle, pivot segment, and the pad/s. They will not add up too much more than a mop and a benefit in the long term because a failure in the chain of parts will be easy and cheap to replace (wont have to buy an all new item when a small piece of plastic breaks. At Home: It does its job to perfection on my many surfaces and applications, it saves time, money, and is environmentally friendly in comparison to other products that are of a similar concept. I carry a bucket with me and simply remove the soft fabric dust or mop pads from the Velcro base and wring it out as it as needed. I am not stuck with a scent or level of chemical I don't want/need (Do we always need a chemical soaked/dripping pad to mop up a little messy in the kitchen floor or to dusty hard wood floor in the entryway?) Shout Out Contractors: It is an ideal system for small jobs when a vac is over kill but you need to cleanup from drywall/mudding/sanding. You will still need your yellow wringer bucket for some big jobs but we all know 90% of the time it is over kill/makes the cleanup harder. The pad is easy to wring out so when you don't have a utility sink it will mean spreading the mess around (darn white residue. You won't be will not have to reapply the protective plastic to the floors each morning because wet dry vac (needed on another site) pulled it up. It will save work hours, the employees wont hate end of the day cleaning ..as much, and the collection of wet dry vacuums can end.

It’s a mop replacement
It’s a mop replacement. I wanted a second one so I could do entire house without have to clean dirty one before completing. Frankly, I don’t like to mop but when I do, this is best I’ve used or wouldn’t have ordered an additional one.

Better than California dust mops
About a year ago I purchased a California dust mop - these are not supposed to be washed. Well, now it is pretty grungy & it is big & bulky to boot. Time to shop for something else. This Rubbermaid dust mop pad is very lightweight & I tried it out & fell in love with it. Easy to get underneath low to the floor objects, picks up all the dog hair & dust bunnies. Also am able to push the stuff in a pile to get a broom & dust pan to sweep up. Very fast & thorough. I do not know how long the dust mop pad will last after several washings, I am going to order a couple so I can rotate & then throw several in the washer. I have purchased the short handle, regular frame, 2 dust mop pads & 2 mop pads. The mop pads can also be washed. Each is a seperate purchase. Basically, you have to build your set up. I really like that I have one handle that can accomodate both the mop & the dust mop. There is also a larger commercial size set up, but I am quite happy with my regular size. Much better than Swifter products too!

Excellent dry mop head for the Rubbermaid commercial mop system.
I bought this mop head to use with the Rubbermaid 18" mop head frame and telescoping handle. We have lots of hardwood flooring that shows dust easily. It can also scratch easily. Little bits of dirt can get under some mops when you don't notice and get pulled along and scratch the floor while you try to clean it. This head has fringes along all edges to catch that big stuff so it doesn't get under the flat pad and potentially cause a scratch. With the great mop head, you can sweep very large areas continuously, depositing debris safely at the end. Just don't pick the mop up until you are done and the soft microfiber pad won't collect grit. I tried the top rated Kenmore Elite vacuum and it does work very well, but is heavy, cumbersome, and loud for bare wood floors. This head does a much faster dusting job. I still vacuum up the debris at the end after sweeping, but the sweeping itself is much faster and pleasent.

Way too light and thin
This is a very thin, very light dust mop. I had one of those previously but it was way thicker and robust. I thought I was getting the same one again. But they are not comparable. I was trying to send it back, but unfortunately this item is not eligible for return.

TOO LONG
While it does work, it was too long for the mop head I have and it was the only available item for the job. I wound up sewing the sides over so they didn't constantly flap in underneath while I'm mopping.
