Good cape for Headless Horseman costume
I bought this as part of the outfit for a Headless Horseman that I assembled myself, so I can't rate it for comfort and fit on a child, but it was fine for my needs. I liked the fact that the collar can be styled up or down and it has a tie to keep it in place. It is quite thin, so wouldn't add any warmth out trick or treating, but looked good as a decoration, especially at night.

Fun product for limited use
This cape is exactly as described. My son is very excited about using it for Halloween. Out of the bag it had a small tear between the collar and the Cape. But, it suits our needs and I will not return it, as it was a good price and will not be used daily. It is very long. My son is tall for his age. But if your child is five or older, it should work fine. We’re just going to hem it a little shorter so he doesn’t trip on it trick-or-treating.

Just as it looks, but lower quality
This was exactly what we were looking for for a Halloween costume. The only negative is that it is pretty low quality. For our purposes it was all we needed.

Okay quality except for the clasp
The size was accurate nd of decent quality for a Halloween Costume. The Collar on the cape is very nice. The clasp at the neck had to be redone. It was cheap velcro and fell off almost instantly.
