Great prop

This was a great prop but sadly my two year old got a hold of it and hit it once against the floor and it broke. Not super durable but great for our Halloween costume.

Very cool....

I personally am happy with this prop axe,I am so grateful,and thankful to Rubies costumes for finally offering up a plastic version of this particular axe......My only complaint about it would be it is VERY small....it would be more ideal for a little kid( a boy) to be Jack from the Shining with this one,But I suppose that's why they (other companies) offer up foam versions of that bad boy (the axe from the Shining) for us adults to stroll around with when it comes to being Jack from the Shining.....But still.....but yeah other than it's tiny size it is nice.....

Excellent hatchet replica

The build quality was great. The detail and coloring work was good. The only problem I had was that it really is alot smaller than you would think. It was for a Jack Torrence halloween costume. It was more of a hatchet than fire axe.

Handle on backwards

The handle was put on backwards, bought this for my son for Halloween, he kept saying the handle was on backwards because it was awkward to hold I thought it was just him but he showed me the pictures and it was on backwards, not that big of a deal but wasn't sure if we took it off it would go back on right but it wasn't hard to flip it around
