I'd like to see the QA person try it on and tell me how it fits with a straight face

The reviews you read here describing the problems are accurate. If you have the time and skills to reshape and add must-have additional padding to the inside of the mask it will look great. If not, you're probably going to hate it. The sides of the tongue get flattened out because of how they ship it. The manufacturer REALLY needs to pack the mask better so that it isn't squished. Also, added some filler in the tongue area before the mask cools would probably help too. An extra $10 in shipping and/or prep work would save a lot of headaches for the customer and net a lot better reviews. Such a shame because otherwise the mask is nicely painted and its a great design. The arms/hands, however, arrived perfectly in shape and are long and creepy just as pictured. As for the "costume"... its like $2 worth of cheap fabric. Just expect to throw that away and find/make something else. Fortunately, I knew that ahead of time thanks to other reviews so I wasn't disappointed. On the plus side, despite being 3-4 weeks late in delivery, it still arrived a few days before Halloween.

Halloween costume

Costume was awesome. Just wish the burlap sack was all the way to the ground and not at the waist other than that top notch 100% fantastic.

Just Barely a $235 Value

It is an amazingly awesome costume. However, the mask is a little lopsided and quite difficult to see out of, and the claws should be stuffed with a material that doesn't make your knuckles raw when you put your hands in them. The fabric of the shirts is surprisingly comfortable, despite being a little tight.

what's good stuff I like holding the hands and the rest was okay but the head was a little bit too big for me that I expected to be like I can barely see almost everything like outside the mask it was a little bit tricky for me to look out at everything whenever and whatever like walking, In my own words I can barely breathe inside of the mask, but instead I was sweating inside of it for every time I wear that.mask there for so long

Amazing Look. Way Too Large.

Great costume but was way too large. Had to make it work for past Halloween but had to return it because it just really would not fit right. Unless you want to put in work to adjust the custom and add padding, I suggest you buy something else. That being said, the look of this costume is just plain out sick. People were really scared when I was walking with this. Also won the contest of best costume at my office.

Great look bad visibility

I got this for Halloween and it is cool. The only problems are the burlap is too small and ripped while I was putting it on, and the mask does not have enough padding in it to hold it on your head so you can see out of it. They way it fits the visibility is so bad I ran into several walls and chairs just trying to move about the house.

Not as I thought

The costume head is not made of foam as it looks. It came flattened in the box and needs additional components like foam inserts and plastic tubing to maintain its shape. For the shirt, the arms are to short to cover the outfits arms. You will need a dark/brown long sleeve shirt to cover the arms. Over all the outfit looks good just needs additional work and there are no instructions on how to do that. I suggest researching U-tube or other sources to educate yourself on what to do prior to purchasing.

only one problem I did not get too try it out because I did not get all parts to it for halloween I had to wait till the following Monday to get the rest of it' so next year I will use it .it was upsetting that could not use it but what can you do. looks good
