Great for the money

It is much smaller than my former mirror I got from you, but it works. My other mirror was $50 plus so there’s the difference. It’s ok for the money

Not what it used to be.

I bought a plastic Rucci neck mirror about 20 years ago. It has served me well and would still be serving me if my husband hadn't sat on it! A couple of years ago I searched stores and the internet for a replacement neck mirror so I'd have one if mine broke. I could find nothing. I was so happy to find this mirror and at such a low price! I ordered it on Monday and it was here on Thursday. I'm very pleased with the quick delivery. However....I just opened the package and can see that this Rucci mirror is not made nearly as well as my original one. The plastic is much more flimsy and light weight. There is only one wing nut, where there were two places with wingnuts for adjustment on the old mirror. I could really tighten the wing nut on my first mirror by using a screwdriver in the groove in the head of the screw to hold it firmly while I twisted the wing nut. The screw on the new mirror has no groove, so I can see already that this will be a problem. Thankfully, I also ordered another brand of neck mirror from Amazon that is made of metal. I plan to use this at home and use the plastic Rucci for travel, so it won't get nearly as much use as my original mirror did. I could not style my hair without this type of mirror, so am very glad to have found not only one, but two! I haven't yet received the metal mirror, so can't compare them, but I don't know if I would recommend the Rucci for everyday use. It doesn't look like it will last very long.

Three stars for the seller. Very friendly, good communication and quick shipping.. But, ZERO stars for this product. I really should have paid better attention to those who gave low star reviews, because they really are true. This item should be sold very cheap at a flea market. What a poor imitation of what was once a really good product spanning several decades has become what you'd find in any common junk catalog arriving unsolicited in your post box. Horrible! This decline in quality is so typical of junk sold at highly inflated prices these days. The actual mirror, the reflective part, can be moved around with your finger in its frame. That frame, which has two little points to be inserted into the outer frame do not fit properly to hold the mirror in. If you push it into the holes, the mirror with frame will fall right out. Considering the ultra poor quality, the whole thing would break into pieces if it hit the floor. Everything others have said about the screw is absolutely right. It will not hold up to more than being adjusted a few times before the holes in this cheap plastic will wear out. Well, I won't bother myself packaging and returning this loser. So, please everyone, take heed of yet another warning regarding this totally useless piece. :((

Very small mirror

I returned this, was surprised how small the mirror was which makes it very hard to use for a back of the head look.
