Supportive and comfortable. Perfect for cross training. Get wide if in doubt.

They fit beautifully. This is my 2nd pair of Rykas. They tend to run narrow. If you have slightly wide feet, go for the wide. The first pair I got were not wide but with some loosening of shoe laces and breaking in, they were ok. But the 2nd pair…I selected wide and it was a game changer for me. My feet are supported and my toes have some wiggle room.

I typically have good luck with Ryka but I decided to send these back. They were not comfortable for me.

Size down a half size

I always wear a 9 Medium in Ryka tennis shoes. These are a little big. Next time I will but an 8.5 in these.

I’m a 10 and it fit more like a 10 1/2

Longer than expected

I ordered these in size 8 wide width and returned them. The width was good, but the shoes were at least a half-inch longer than expected. 7.5 might have been a better fit. I didn’t exchange them for another pair because the quality was worse than expected.
