RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant. Compatible with all solid dielectric cable insulation like polyethylene, Butyl Rubber, PVC & more. Can be as primary insulation for building stress cones on cables up to 35 kV for solid dielectric cable. The special polyester liner will not stick to the tape upon unwind, protects tape during application. Operating temperatures up to 194°F (90°C) and emergency overload temperature up to 266°F (130°C). Can be applied when stretched or unstretched without a loss in physical or electrical properties.

I'm only writing this review because a lot of other reviewers didn't understand that this is not a sticky tape. It seals to itself. That is the design when splicing wires. You stretch it as you wrap it. It binds to itself nothing else

The quality you are expecting.

If you have used this before you know what to expect. But if you haven't, this is a tape completely made of elastic rubber that does not return to its original state and uses no glue, it actually when stretched the surface of the material becomes quite sticky. The uses are much more wide than just electrical, but you have to be aware of the limits on temperature. This is my #1 favorite tape.

Versitile material.

I've used this on numerous projects so far. Slightly reuseable and seems to be real good at reinforcing wire. I'll buy another roll when I'm about out of this one.

Amazing tape

This is some wicked cool tape, makes scotch 33 and 88 look like a plaything. 90k volt rated self fusing. Great stuff.
