Not Mr Handy ... But this got the best of "ME CLUMSEY"
It was really hard "for me and don't know what I did awong" just getting the roll to start from packaging. Like how wide it is

3D Printer Awesome
I use it on my 3D print bed to make removal of prints easier. Prints perfectly on top of tape, removal is a bit easier ( still not perfect ) but tape comes off bed clean.

One of the best
The product arrived without any physical damage or cosmetic imperfection. The usage of this tape was mostly for modifying the sound signature of a mechanical keyboard. Overall, it is good, does the job and does not leave any adhesive on keyboard's PCB. After a while, I used in to sort of stitch the teared parts of a pleather office chair. To my surprise, not only does it hold the pleather together, but it also does not get peeled off so easily. For three months straight, it still stays on the chair and looks, as if it was applied yesterday. The only things, which started to peel off, are tiny sharp corners, but the tape does not continue to peel off from them. Before I purchased this tape, I used other types of cheap masking tapes for all sorts of work. They always failed me in holding stuff, staying in place for a long period, and they always left adhesive one way or another. I will probably start looking into other products from 3M Company from now on.

Ole George sucks with tape!
Doing some painting and getting those crisp lines and protecting areas from drips. Good tape had no issues using it, but had some paint come off in areas. Could just be the paint or previous painters work. But as it was a DIY, and I'm not a professional, I couldn't tell you. Either way, it worked for what I needed and good quality.

Best painters tape on the market
I use this "blue tape" all the time for all sorts of projects. Most recently, I used this tape on a set of "cat steps" I milled from 12/4 white pine, topped with low pile carpet, installed as "floating shelves" on the wall and painted black - on a white wall. I taped the wall off, used Sherwin Williams satin black stock paint and painted 6 steps for my furry buddies to climb on on my front room. I let the black paint dry, pulled it off and the paint job was perfect and walls were all still white. I didn't remove the wall paint underneath the tape, I didn't get any black paint on the wall and the tape went on and came off with ease. I've tried generic versions of this tape and they pretty much fail one way or another so I stick with the Scotch brand (pun intended). Hope that helps!

works well
Did not realize there was that much difference in quality among brands of masking tape. This one is fine. Other off-brands I have recently used have easily torn when trying to remove a strip of tape from the roll. Some others have been fine and also worked well, but this is the standard quality that others are measured by. And they came so quickly.

Great for crafting
I love this tape! It stays where it's supposed to, and then it peels off without leaving any sticky residue, like the cream-colored masking tape I was using before this.

Best choice for 3D printing!
ScotchBlue Painter's Tape, Multi-Use, 2.83-Inch by 60-Yard is a must for any 3D printing enthusiast. Anyone who is familiar with 3D printing knows that trouble with prints sticking to the bed is the number one problem with 3D printing. There’s nothing more frustrating that watching your printer chug along for a few hours when, all of a sudden….pop! Your print releases from the bed and starts dragging across the bed. This wastes time as well as filament. So frustrating! The number one remedy for this issue is painter’s tape! I’ve tried no-name brands and they’re not as good as Scotch. The wide, almost three inch width of this tape allows me to cover the entire bed of my Printrbot Simple Metal with only 2 rows of tape. When I first tried painter’s tape, I chose the standard with – maybe an inch or so wide. What a pain that was to apply! Layers overlapped, making my bed uneven. Without a doubt, the wide tape is the way to go!
