Loses connection a lot

I love these lights but they’re always losing connection. I have 20 of them and there is always at least one that isn’t connecting. Since I have 10 on one switch this makes it very cumbersome to reset since I can’t simply turn one of them on and off to reset. Wish I had just bought the colored bulbs. Oh, and they don’t even work with the Sengled app!!! Very disappointed.

Constantly Loses Connection

They were a pain to sync and then when they finally did sync it would last a couple of weeks and then it would lose the connection to Alexa/Echo. It would allow us to factory reset by flipping the lights on and off a few times and then I repaired with the Echo but it is still not responsive. Of course just past the return period so save yourself the $115 and go someplace else.
