No automatic redirection from bumping into walls/furniture

The media could not be loaded. I would be so in love with this product but unfortunately there’s One major down fall . The vacuum doesn’t not turn away or redirect after bumping into furniture/walls. The suction is great the design is cute and simple but unfortunately I wish I could set it and forget it but with very limited feature I would just end up finding my robot vacuuming in the corner of the room for 30mins since it can’t redirect unless you are monitoring and able to get to the controller to press the button to redirect the vacuum. I guess I could have spent an extra $60-$70 to get that feature so I got what I paid for . Still a helpful gadget to have just gotta be at home when you use it.

Great price for a small apartment with small dog!

This is great product for a small apartment for someone who has small pet’s definitely not a bad deal for the price, remote works great as well, however it does not come with a docking station just a charger cord, would not hardly suck up cat hair, and had to take apart the spinner brushes to untangle human hair from underneath, just stops in place when battery runs out! As soon as I get it recharged I will do a video. And Unfortunately I will have to return this item, it is definitely not for us!

I would not buy this again

I've had two other robot vacuums and this one is by far the worst. Granted, it is very inexpensive but it is almost useless. The pattern is completely random so it misses whole patches of floor, while going back over the same area multiple times. It seems to ignore doorways and does not even go into rooms unless I pick it up and move it there. If you have any area rugs or throw rugs, don't bother because it cannot navigate them. It gets stuck trying to go up over even the thinnest of rugs. And the suction is very poor. My other robot vacs handled these tasks fine, so I have a basis of comparison. This one is just not worth the money.

I expected more, I guess

I guess this is a prime example of you get what you pay for. But it seems like it does not hold a charge as long as it used to and it misses large areas of the floor when cleaning, so I still have to go behind it to sweep.

Replacement filters are unavailable

I have had this vacuum cleaner for approximately one month. In the beginning, I couldn't have been more impressed. The suction was awesome, and the remote was easy to use. A real bargain, I thought. I am aware of the importance of clean filters, so they were thoroughly cleaned after each use. But, regardless of how often a filter is cleaned, it needs to be replaced occasionally. I have spent hours searching, for new filters, with no luck. The so called support is unreachable, unless you are willing to pay money. The suction is getting so poor, that it is a waste of time to use. Essentially, this is a disposable vacuum. Put your money toward a well known brand that has the needed accessories available.

Works as advertised!

Once i figured out how to use properly, I was pleasantly surprised with the how effective this unit is. Upon opening, one needs to remove two stoppers which are holding the bumpers in packaging. For a significantly lower price point this unit cleans entire rooms with ease, stops if it encounters steps or ledges, and has a remote which provides both edge cleaning focus as well as pattern cleaning. Would be nice if it was able to hold more debris before cleaning but I cant compare it with others as maybe that is close to industry standard

Comparable quality for partial price

My parents have another bigger brand-name robotic vacuum, and while the volume of dirt collection always leaves something to be desired in smaller vacuums like these, especially the first time or two they're used, this one is every bit as good as theirs. The remote control is handy, the sensitivity seems exactly right, and the brushes are helpful for that extra-swept clean.

Big Help

I have been using the machine for a few months. Don't be surprised when you see it bumping into the walls and other objects. It might sound a bit loud but actually allows the vacuum to clean along the walls and in the corners. It cleans very well in my opinion. It doesn't have a charging base - you just charge it with the cord like any other device. The working time is long. There is no central brush, just a suction hole, which is great as well as you don't have to clean the brush that would collect tons of hair that is not easy to remove. You also get extras (a filter, side brushes). Sometimes the cleaner is having a hard time to climb over the edge of a low pile area rug or the thresholds. You have to push it slightly. I would agree with other reviewers that the machine is rather basic and not perfect but if it lasts me long unlike two other brands that were more expensive, quieter and knew how to park at their charging stations but yet broke, I will be happy with my purchase by 300 per cent. So far I am quite enjoying my little home assistant. It makes my life easier.
