The massager worked well for about a week , then I noticed when I placed it on my neck, it started shocking me as if a bee was stinging me....not desirable

Smart Neck Massager with heat - helps remove tension from your neck and shoulder

The sensation Smart Neck Massager makes your neck and shoulders feels so relaxing. I love that you can set the heat setting and it comes with a remote control, very easy to control. It fix comfortable around you neck and is very light weight. I bought this item because I was having next cramps and felt like my neck just needed a deep massage. I made the decision to purchase the Smart Neck Massager and I am so glad I did. My neck feels so much better and after using the massager I felt like stress and tension had been lifted off my shoulders. This item is well worth the price and I am buying my sister one for Christmas.

Better than anticipated

I received my product today. It came very quickly. It took me a while to be able to use it because everyone kept stealing it from me. I didn't realize it had the TENS capacity so that is even better. I love that it has a remote so I don't have to keep removing it to adjust. I have been wearing it for only about 10 minutes and the knots aren't gone but I am feeling pretty relaxed. I'm loving it so far. It came with electrodes, and even a spare battery for the remote. Awesome purchase.

Not a massager!

It gives electrical impulses. Kinda cool but not what I wanted. Wrong to call this a massager, it does NOT massage.

Kind of painful but in a good way

This thing gives quite a jolt. The heat feels great and the pads are nice to put wherever in sore. I've tried them on my shoulders, arms and lower back. I have neck pain regularly and make sure I keep this charged up and ready to go. I get a good use out of one charge, probably 2 or 3 10 minute uses.
