Soft and gentle but not very absorbent
I ordered these diapers recently because my infants seem to have developed a sensitivity so most other diapers. They are very soft and don't seem to irritate the infants skin. But they do need changed fairly frequently. Not really great all night diapers. They also do not hold in poo very well. There have been a few incidents. Also there have been a couple times when the diaper gel/stuff leaked out. So if you need gentle diapers these are good but beware you may need to change them more than many other brands of diapers.

Fasten them tight and you won't have any issues.
I love these diapers! I am genuinely shocked to see how many bad reviews there are. I have had very few blow outs in the entire almost 3 years I've been using them. The absorbency is great! The only issue I've ever had is that occasionally one of the straps will rip off while I'm unfolding it. Or the rare occasion of an overnight leak. I fasten diapers tight, and I change them very frequently. I don't let my kid sit in a wet diaper because that's how my kid gets diaper rash. So I don't let it get "full." I really don't think that's how you're suppose to use diapers anyway... But I've noticed my babysitters don't fasten them tight enough and experience leaks. So they need to be tight! I love the texture of the diaper, I love how sturdy it is, and I love that it's not full of chemicals. The only diapers that work for my son's sensitive little butt are these.

Best Natural Diapers!
Hello, This is my review of the Baby Diapers. Amazon lists this item as: Seventh Generation Free and Clear Sensitive Skin Baby Diapers with Animal Prints, Size 3, 155 Count (One Month Supply) This product is from Seventh Generation. MY USES AND PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS: These are my go to diapers. I have used many other natural brands and this is the one that I keep coming back to. Both for cost and value reasons as well as performance. My daughter has never broken out from these diapers and they don’t have any type of chemical smell to them. Once she goes #1 in them, it is very evident that her diaper needs changed and I like that because I am not one to leave a diaper on her long term. I like to change it out right away. The tabs are stretchy and there are also extra little tabs on the front of the diaper so there is plenty of coverage as well as being comfortable to her. The legs are stretchy, yet I have never had her go through the leg opening. It is also high enough in the back that it doesn’t typically come out back there either. All in all, I feel that this is the best natural diaper on the market. IN SUMMARY: PROS: 1) No Leaks 2) No Chemicals or Bleaching 3) Made in the USA 4) Comfortable Fit 5) Cute Animal Print! CONS: None that I could find. Please click on the box below if you found this review to be helpful. Thanks!

Both Environmentally and baby friendly
These diapers have treated us well! They are comfy, work well, soft and cute. Aside from amazon mama bear, they are usually the cheapest, semi-environmentally-friendly diaper. We have used these for about a year and tried mama bear - we like these better despite the slightly higher cost. We had less issue with diaper rash and less issue with any leakage. These seem to be better fitted to our kiddo’s shape. I also don’t like the waist on the mama bears (although if you like huggies you might feel otherwise). I appreciate that seventh generation set the standard that amazon has to beat and, in my opinion, they haven’t done it yet. So I will continue to fund seventh generation in hopes that they keep innovating! For further info: We’ve gone thru 6 brands in total and some cloth diapers bc I bargain hunt. Bambo and babyganics but I like these better. New Bambos are outrageously expensive and I just can’t justify it. Babyganics feel like they are made of cardboard and i had to crumple them before putting them on my baby to soften them up. Pampers were great for our newborn but pretty awful for the environment and didn’t offer anything that seventh generation doesn’t. And I didn’t like the huggies at all since they’d leak on our baby and leach chemicals in the landfill.

Sensitive skin
My granddaughter has sensitive skin so these are working great for her. I wish they had a wetness indicator.

Not the same as size 1 & 2 from Target
I almost returned these but didn't due to hassle. I'd been using seventh gen diapers from Target for sizes 1 & 2 but I ordered these in size 3 and they are very different. I don't know if I got scammed or if size 3 is just made differently, which I suppose is its own special kind of scam all by itself. These have a more papery, whispy outer layer and are much less soft than what I was buying at target. I tried to use them before we started solids but... 3+ blowouts a day, major "wash the carseat or the boppy" blowouts. We are trying them again now that we started solids. UPDATE! I increased to 4 stars now that we are on solids and the baby is more... Solid. I've gotten used to the differences in this diaper than the size 1 and 2, but I do miss them. It's not super soft but it is a very flexible diaper. It's the most flexible of the health conscious brands in my opinion. I like that baby can move and groove. I am actually ordering again.

not my favourite anymore
i love the concept of these diapers, and am allll for the eco factors. but once they are pee'd in a few times, they feel like they need to be changed and are deceiving. when i'm out and about with my kiddo, if she pee's once or twice, while sitting, it seems as though the whole thing is full. then i change it, and it could have lasted a few more pee's. this all COULD stem from my immense guilt for not doing cloth diapers for my second child, i realize. i try to not change her as often as i did the first time around and these make me feel like i need to after a few deposits. (obvi not the brown kind, and just to clarify: i DON'T re-use) i was a die-hard, stubborn fan of only 7th generation, until they were all out of stock and i had to find an alternative... as much as i don't want to encourage sales for 7th generation, i would suggest getting baby-ganics. sorry 7th generation, i do love your products!
