Used for Commercial Ice Machine. Works Perfect!

When both Home Depot and Lowe’s did not supply or have this size adapter in stock, I resorted to purchasing it off of Amazon. I was impressed with the quality of the piece as well as the affordability. Anyone who is having a hard time finding the right sized adapter should buy one of these to save themself from the frustration.

Using to tie outside hydrant to 1/4 Poly water line

This is the only thing I could find that goes directly from 3/4 hose thread to 1/4 poly water line. I have this fitting on my outside hydrant so I can run water to my chickens. Works great! Now I have 3 seasons of lazy, not having to carry water.

Made dishwasher instal easy.

I replaced a dishwasher from 1999 with a new one and they had different connectors. I now always use SharkBite connectors for my plumbing connections. No need to solder and they work with copper, Pex and PVC pipes. It makes it much easier for the DIYer. Pros: Fits modern dishwashers No need to solder copper pipes. Removable. Cons: None

It's 1/2" x 3/8" MNPT -- Doesn't look like the picture (which clearly shows a much smaller diameter for the SharkBite end of the ELL) Ugh! I needed to connect 3/8" PEX to 1/2" MNPT. Will keep it because it will probably come in handy somewhere else. And I really like to use SharkBite connectors for just about everything.
