Modified for my Powermatic

I bought the Fox 1 inch post and cut it down a bit to use on my Powermatic. Worked out well but the finish on the tool rest was pretty rough so I only gave 4 stars

Terrible tool rest

I don't know who quality controls this product but the tool rest surface is full of weld splatter and very uneven. Tool does not slide along surface while working your piece. Bowl gouge and other tools get stuck on what appears to be weld splatter from welding the tool rest to the piece that attaches to the post. There's an uneven grind and an upward pitch from the outside tip of the tool rest to the post.
