When you have to pull 4 or 5 conductors @ once in close quarters they save hours.
one cap screw missing.

Bend and screws
The bend is not smooth enough to be able to push a solid gauge wire through it without having to open it up. Then when you had to do that the stupid old fashion screw heads with flat blade slots that the screw driver slide out of every half turn was ridiculous. Why in heavens don't they use Phillips head screws just blows me away these installers could save half their time and earn more money if they did.
